Boxing fitness is tones of mental clarity, addiction to the process of becoming better than you were yesterday. The sweetest part of the whole program is learning to collaborate with others.

This program involves school, for fitness and discipline.

The project main line is it keeps the kids busy and activates their competitiveness and collaboration, builds ambitions and makes them productive members of society.

Our motto is:

“We are gentlemen first, students second and boxers third.” Our aim is to help develop the whole person, not just their boxing ability.

Boxing is not just about getting into shape and mastering the tools of the sweet science.

An equally important aspect of the fight game is having the mental fortitude to succeed. Boxing is unique from other sports, as a fighter must stand alone inside the ring. They get the tools they need to grow-up and become productive people. It is an important valuable alternative to violence, crime and drugs. That is exactly what boxing does like no other sport, it helps kids find themselves.

The emphasis for this part is to teach skills such as discipline and respect which can be implemented into the everyday lives of the participants. Young people are shown how to adopt a more compassionate and disciplined approach to life-

Program:

  • 8weeks Train like The Champion youth. Starting date 2nd August 2023 to 20th September 2023. 3 times a week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

  • Monday 16.00 -17.00 hrs, second class 17.00 – 18.00 hrs.

  • Hiit training / Boxing 45 Min, Wednesday 16.00 hrs -17.00 hrs Second class 17.00 hrs – 18.00 hrs Boxing /weight training . Fridays 16.00 -17.00 second class 17.00 to 18.00 hrs.

  • Circle training Plyometrics/ Boxing and weight training.

  • Start up physical check and body analyser and measurement. Chest, Biceps, waist, hips.

  • Running 3 Km, Max push ups 1 minutes. Jump squats max 1min minutes, pull ups max 1 minutes. 2 Minutes Max speed rowing.

  • Body analyser, measurements. waist, chest, hips, biceps.

This will include: Boxing gloves and hand wraps, mouthpiece. Nutrition advice and training programs. water, snack after training.
